SHOULD YOU LIST YOUR HOME DURING THE HOLIDAYS?






 Getting cold feet about having your home on the market during the holidays? Check out this article by Brendon DeSimone from Zillow of reasons why you SHOULD be on the market and/or STAY there!


Also, just a word of advice, if you are thinking of selling or are already on the market be sure to keep the holiday decor  as neutral as possible and at a minimum.
